Terms and Conditions.

1. This promotion is open to all residents of the UK, except employees of the promoter and
their immediate families, the promoter’s advertising agency and sales promotion consultant,
and anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the promotion.
2. These Terms and Conditions are subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the
English courts.

4. All entrants must be 18 or over. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, delayed
or damaged in the post or insufficiently per-stamped. Proof of posting will not be accepted
as proof of delivery.
5. Only one entry per person.
6. By entering the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the rules and by any other
requirements set out in the promotional material.
7. Entries become the absolute property of the promoters and will not be returned.
8. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random after the promotion closing
date. The winner will be notified by e-mail or post within 14 days of the promotion
closing date and is required to accept their prize by email or letter within 14 days of
notification. In the event of non-acceptance within the specified period, the promoter reserves
the right to reallocate the prize to the next randomly-drawn correct and valid entry.
9. There is 1 prize, which consists of: two night’s mid-week accommodation for two people at
one of the following spas; Forest Mere in Hampshire, Springs in Leicestershire or Henlow in
Bedfordshire. A body massage and a facial for each person and unlimited use of all facilities,
plus all meals. All additional treatments will be charged at the normal rate. The prize is not
valid for a Saturday night and is not available at Champneys Tring and is non-refundable.
10. The prize winner will be responsible for their own travel arrangements to and
from the spa.
11. The prize will be issued in the form of a gift voucher (allow 28 days for delivery), which will
be valid for 12 months from date of issue.
12. There is no cash alternative to this prize.
13. The decisions of the judges will be the final and binding and no correspondence can be
entered into.
